Therapy for Women
There’s No “Right” Way to Be a Woman—But There Are a Lot of Pressures to Try
Whether you're navigating the invisible load of motherhood, wrestling with identity shifts as you age, grieving fertility losses, or simply wondering where you went inside the noise of everyone else's needs—therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and reclaim your sense of self.
At Heal the Way Counseling + Wellness, I work with women across all life stages—helping you move through transitions, process pain, and reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and your worth. You don’t have to explain or shrink or perform here. You get to be honest, messy, vulnerable, curious, powerful. You get to be human.
Areas of Focus Include:
Fertility struggles and reproductive grief
Pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood
Menopause, perimenopause, and identity changes with aging
Parenting burnout and invisible labor
Relationship and co-parenting stress
Loss of identity or purpose
Body image, aging, and self-esteem
Life transitions (divorce, career shifts, empty nest, reinvention)
Anxiety, guilt, or shame related to “not being enough”
People-pleasing, perfectionism, or chronic over-functioning
Navigating difficult family dynamics or toxic relationships
Therapy That Honors Your Whole Self
You’re not just a partner, a mother, a daughter, a professional. You are a whole person—with your own longings, limits, and layers. In our work together, we’ll explore the inner patterns that have shaped your story, the systems that have told you who you should be, and the parts of you that are ready to breathe again.
I use a relational, integrative approach that includes insight-oriented therapy, parts work, somatic awareness, and practical tools for boundary setting, emotional regulation, and inner self-leadership. Together, we create a space where healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—but about remembering who you are beneath everything you’ve been taught to carry.
You Don’t Have to Hold It All Together
You’re allowed to unravel. To question. To want more. To feel broken and brave and brilliant all at once. Therapy is not about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming more you.
If you're ready to feel more connected to yourself, your body, your voice, and your life, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Sessions are available online throughout California.
